IGOR FIRM, D.V.M.

Born on the 4th of June 1974 in Ljubljana.
In 1993 he finished upper secondary school (II. Gimnazija Maribor) in Maribor.
Graduated in year 2000 at University of Ljubljana, Veterinary Faculty. After graduation he volunteered at Veterinary faculty's Clinic for surgery and small animals in Ljubljana (department of small animal internal medicine). In 2002 he passed national exam for veterinarians and acquired title of assistant for "Disease and healthcare of carnivores". In 2003 he acquired national licence for veterinary practice.
From 2002 until 2004 he was employed at Veterinary faculty's Clinic for surgery and small animals in Ljubljana (department of small animal internal medicine).
Since 2004 he is employed at Toplica Veterinary Clinic.
Preferences: veterinary endocrinology, cardiology and ultrasound
Author of scientific and popular articles. He actively participates at veterinary meetings home and abroad.
Since 2005 he is a member of board of directors of Slovenian Small Animal Veterinary Association.
